Katie has been an international traveler since she was three years old. She's always the planner in the group and very detail oriented.

She excels in custom Europe itineraries, luxury all-inclusives, cruises, and Disney vacations. She's been to Germany and Italy in recent years and can't wait to go back to Europe. She loves Disney World and has been there over 20 times!!

Katie lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband Drew, son Dean and two pups Izzy and Bruce! She loves going to the beach, reading thriller books, and planning her next adventure. She can’t wait to book your dream trip and take all the stress out of travel!

Jess is a luxury travel advisor and content creator specializing in elevated tropical escapes and complex, multi destination European itineraries. In 2025, she was awarded the Star Performer achievement from luxury travel vendor Classic Vacations, a recognition given to the company’s top 25 advisors. She is known for her strong industry relationships, trusted vendor partnerships, and ability to design seamless trips that require thoughtful planning and high touch execution.

From Europe and Asia to the Caribbean, Hawaii, and beyond, Jess curates personalized journeys with beautiful hotels, smart logistics, and unforgettable experiences. She is especially known for helping clients navigate more layered itineraries with ease, creating trips that feel polished, intentional, and completely tailored to them.

Her favorite part of the planning process is customizing and curating itineraries that exceed expectations while creating elevated experiences with a natural flow, balancing relaxation, spontaneity, and thoughtfully planned touring.

Jess’s love for travel began early, watching Samantha Brown on the Travel Channel and dreaming about the world and all the places she might one day see. That early curiosity eventually grew into a career built around helping others travel well. With personal travel experience across cruise lines, Greece & Spain, Costa Rica, and multiple tropical destinations, she brings both firsthand insight and professional expertise to every itinerary she creates.

Based just outside Iowa City, Iowa, Jess lives with her husband Matt, their two children, London and River, and their family pets on an acreage they have been developing.

She is passionate about making travel feel exciting, effortless, and deeply memorable for every client she serves.

​With over a decade of experience planning weddings and special events, Erin knows how to turn a vision into reality. After marrying her husband on the Amalfi Coast in Ravello, Italy, she realized just how complex destination wedding planning can be (even for a pro!) That experience sparked her passion for helping couples bring their dream celebrations to life with creativity, organization, and heart.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Erin lives with her husband and their three pups — River, Noelle, and Delilah. She loves traveling the world, spending time outdoors, exploring new cities, and discovering amazing restaurants (and she makes a killer sourdough bread).

Beyond weddings, Erin has a knack for planning group trips and events, big or small, and finds so much joy in bringing people together to share unforgettable experiences. Whatever the vision, she’ll find a way to make it happen beautifully.

Meredith joined Vic’s Vacations in 2021 as Vic’s first employee and is now the Chief of Operations. With a background in data analytics, she keeps the backend of the agency running smoothly to help ensure every client’s experience is seamless from start to finish.

Meredith loves to travel. Some of her favorite recent trips include Scotland, England, Ireland, and Napa Valley. She also is a go-to for all things Disney planning.

Meredith met her husband, Michael, in 2014 during their freshman year at Purdue University.  They now live in Westfield, Indiana with their son Andrew and golden retriever Reggie.  They love cheering on the Boilermakers and are looking forward to continuing to explore the world!

Maddie believes the best vacations are the ones that feel completely stress-free! With her engineering background and love of organization, she takes care of every little detail so her clients can simply show up, relax, and enjoy the trip of a lifetime.

As the Agency Coordinator, Maddie keeps things running seamlessly for the team while also designing personalized getaways for her own clients. She loves finding that perfect balance between adventure and relaxation, with her favorite destinations to plan being Hawaii and Italy. Whether it’s a week in the sun, a romantic escape, or a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, Maddie focuses on making every trip effortless, thoughtful, and unforgettable.

When she’s not planning vacations, Maddie’s probably reading a good book, watching a movie, or spending time with family and friends. She can’t wait to help you plan your next trip!

Andrea specializes in tropical vacations, including family getaways, adults only, and group trips. Her passion for travel began after her first all-inclusive experience to Mexico, where she discovered how memorable a well-crafted vacation can be. Now with a background in event management, planning group travel, and pure obsession with traveling, she has experienced a wide variety of resorts firsthand, giving her valuable insight when matching clients with the perfect destination.

As a wife and mom of 2, Andrea loves making memories and intentional time away. (At the beach of course with a good book!) She curates personalized, stress-free itineraries with thoughtful details that make every vacation special from the first conversation to the final flight home. 

Outside of being a loud and proud volleyball mom, Jenna spends all of her time thinking about where to travel next! Growing up she thought vacation meant going to a beach and soaking up the sun all day. In 2020 when all travel plans fell apart she took a trip outside of her normal travel plan. She ended up hiking and biking up a mountain in Glacier National Park and it ignited a fiery passion for this new kind of vacationing! 

Jenna lives in Solon, Iowa with her husband Ron, daughter Makinley, precious pug Franky and two cats Maggie and JoJo. When she isn’t hiking she is cheering on Makinley at a volleyball game, biking with her husband, camping with her family or watching FRIENDS. She has hiked in places like Arizona, Montana, Utah, California, Wyoming Colorado and she is eager to help you plan a trip that you too maybe never thought about taking, but will most certainly never forget! She is ready to help you check destinations of your bucket list with National Parks trips, hiking destinations or any domestic adventure you might not even know exists yet! There is so much out there to see and she can’t wait to help you see it all!
